My Favourite Movie : Pather Pachali

They are the language of heart.Thousands of movies are produced every year in the world in different languages.We generally watch movies belonging to Bangla, English and Hindi languages.I sometimes watch movies on television during my vacation.My favourite movie is 'Pather pachali film by the world-renowned indian director Satyajit Roy.It is a picturization of the famous novel 'Pather Pachali written by the renowned novelist Bibhutibhushan Bandyapadhyaya.The movie was made in 1955 when Satyajit Roy Changed the trend of Indian film industry.The film is all about a poor Bangali family of rural West Bengal The family consisted of five members little Apu and Durga.Their father Harihar, their mother Sarbojoya and their grandmother Indir Thakuran.Harihar was a Brahmin who left home for the purpose of earning by means of being a purohit'. After a long time, he returned home with some shopping. When he was showing a sharee to his wife Sarbojoya that he bought for Durga, he came to know from the screaming of his wife that Durga was no more.She had been suffering from fever because she got drenched in rain when she along with her brother Apu went to watch the train.The shot taken in the catkin field is quite and amazing, In fact, each and every shot is amazing. There are a few movies which are so artistic as 'Pather Pachali.It will not be an exeggeration that Satyajit Roy changed the definition of Indian film.The film achieved numerous awards worldwide, Satyajit Roy introduced India to all other countries of the world in a lucid look what Tagore did in 1913.
