Students are the hopes and aspirations of a nation.The main duty of a student is to acquire knowledge.If a student earns his lessons well, he will shine in life.A student must acquire knowledge and qualify in a particular proression and progress in life.Education makes him a good citizen.But study alone is not enough for a student He has other duties towards his country and people.Students are the part and parcel of a society.They can play an important role in removing illiteracy from the society.The students who have degrees in agriculture can help the farmers by imparting knowledge about using of fertilizers, pesticides, new methods of cultivation, irrigation etc They can give them idea about how to grow more food through co-operative farming.During leisure, a student can render social service.They can set up adult education centres to remove illiteracy.To render humanitarian service among the poor and the needy people they can organise welfare centres.A school student along with other students at the college and university level can jointly take part in rchabilitation work.During natural calamities they can help the affected people by collecting and donating moncy, food and clothes.The medical students can help the flood or cyclone affected areas and provide the ailing people with necessary treatment.A student has a lot of duties which he should perform at any rate.In fact, the students can play a vital role in performing many duties and responsibilities.
